UPDATE: KTVU has more on the story of a truck smashing into a fire hydrant and “one man whose shoes and feet got soaked during the brief flooding.”

I know SF Public Works is upgrading water infrastructure in the Mission, but is anyone else experiencing this? They must have struck a massive river of ecotoplasm under the city, because shit is getting weird – if the tap starts pouring red I’m getting out of Dodge.
