PianoFight’s new place is gonna be awesome! We took a look at this space last month, and now the Kickstarter campaign is on its final week!
Watch the video for a look inside, and a full rundown of everything that the space will offer. Here’s the quick version:
SF’s next landmark entertainment space for artists & audiences with 3 stages, film & rehearsal studios, offices & full restaurant/bar.
Here’s the deal:
Love our parties but wish there was a way you could play Berlin-style ping pong EVERY WEEK instead of just every once in a while? Join the SF Berlin-Style Ping Pong League! New season starts Monday January 13, register now so you don’t miss out!
The League is a little more organized than our parties, but the number one rule is still having fun. It’s a great way to meet new people and start your week off right
Plus it’s at the awesome new Folsom Street Foundry! Register!
I saw Cocktails open for Mikal Cronin last night at Rickshaw Stop’s 10th anniversary party they RULED, and tonight at 6pm they’re playing a free show at the Converse Store downtown!
Here’s their latest single:
Nap’s lives! Here’s the deal:
Every Thursday night starting January 23rd Virgil’s will play host to a night of karaoke you won’t remember, but will never forget. Nap will be back with his song books, harmonicas and signature MC’ing.
You can sing the songs you love while sipping on cocktails from Virgil’s Local Heroes Cocktail Menu, including the Nap Urbina, a fresh grapefruit margarita named after Nap himself.
Hurray! RSVP and invite your friends!
Also, read Vic Wong’s classic review of the Nap’s karaoke scene from way back in 2010.

And yes, I realize this is just Silent Disco and they’ve been doing it for years, so I guess I’m ok with it as long as the homeless folks get headphones too. To be clear, I’m not saying it’s bad, just different. Of course, this better not evolve into some sort of Demolition Man future sex.
