Ken Ken Ramen documented 8 hours of trash can surveillance, and since we’re your source for all trashy news we’ve just gotta show it to you. Basically, these babies can’t catch a break. They are knocked over, peed on, ignored by recology, thrown into fires and so forth. Let us take a minute to honor our brave trash cans for their bold service.

You know I meant seitan! This joke has been done a million times on a million vegan menus. Just kidding!! A million vegan menus is something that will only happen when hell freezes over. This evening the finest synth wavey dance night in the Mission celebrates some of the Bay’s most excellent live electronic music acts. In particular, Ssleeping DesiresS and Black Jeans will be performing live tracks in celebration of the release of the new Bay Area themed Sweating Tapes cassette compilation. Doors open at 10 p.m. at the always awesome Submission space at 2183 Mission St (cross is 18th).
