The blue building has been infested with tenants.
To be clear, the caption on this wasn’t based on any facts, just me reacting to the reports of a home on 18th Street that used to house the nicest old man in the neighborhood, going for over 100% over asking.
I meant to put “allegedly”
$2.3M / 4 potential units = $575K/unit. Add $2M for construction… this is a good deal.
