I guess it’s not as bad as when somebody parked a $138,000 Maserati in a Muni maintenance trench around the corner, but I mean, what is with people and not being able to park right in this part of the neighborhood?

I’ve had my Vespa moved by construction crews and other people who decided they wanted to use the space where I was legally parked. My Vepsa has been picked up and placed in red zones, where I’ve gotten a ticket. I fought it and won.
Not sure the motorcycle owner is definitely to blame. So save your outrage.
@Janet someone moved my Honda scooter onto the sidewalk when they needed to fit their Mini Cooper into a tight spot. Didn’t get a ticket so that was fortunate. I agree, biker might not be 100% to blame on this one.
However, they could have been blocking a spot, took a neighbor’s usual spot and the neighbor decided to move it (I can’t tell if there’s a lock on it), or maybe they did just left it on the crosswalk. Tough to say
Wow, this is actually close to Trick Dog and you didn’t reference that they may have been looking for parking there. What the hell?!?!?
It wasn’t a BMW
Or maybe the motorcycle rider was arrested and they are impounding it.
the bike had been parked across the street for weeks and I think a car driver got frustrated and moved it so they could have the spot.
What about church parking on Dolores? They block several intersections and lanes every weekend?
