FYI – This is in Sea Cliff, where Lake runs into El Camino Del Mar. Here’s the current street-view: https://www.google.com/maps/@37.7859104,-122.4921342,3a,75y,51.71h,91.08t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1sZX7zV0xQWJ60ArKp8_Mibg!2e0

For more of this kind of thing, watch the old Sinatra movie, Pal Joey — classic ’50s SF. Also, if you can find it, The Line Up, which features the Steinhart Aquarium, Fleishhacker Baths, and a climax on the unfinished Embarcadero Freeway.
