When the puddle has waves, it’s a flood.
I saw this today. I liked it. I also shouldn’t have rode the scooter down Howard at 4 PM when it was pissing rain.
More like a much needed bath for the area.
Fun fact: that’s where Mission Creek used to be (or still is… just underground now). When it rains a lot it reminds us of its presence.
