‘BAD NEIGHBORS ↓’ sign no longer posted in apartment window above Schmidt’s

So I guess Schmidt’s is a good neighbor now? Or maybe they just wanted to enjoy the lovely view they’d been obscuring for a million years?

    That tenant has realized how lucky she is to be paying 1/4 the rent of everyone else moving into the neighborhood.

      I sort of prefer to think that she is just painting a WAY better sign, but let’s hope this means she’s just decided they are OK.

    That sign has been down for ages.

    To all of you snarky shitheads that think this is funny first off fuck you for having fun at the expense of litterally being torchured. Also maybe you should have something about as loud and as unstable as an unballanced washing machine installed to your roof and shake your appartment 16 hours a day and see how you like it. There is no vibration ordinance in San Francisco so nothing could be done legally; Schmidts just said fuck her then. Tell me does that make them good neighbors or bad ones?
