The first one is a pork belly, the second one is noodles and mushrooms, and the third is bulgogi. All killer, but the veggie version was particularly fun. (A definite step up from the cold leftover spaghetti sandos I often make myself.)
I love Namu fyi.
I love Namu!
went to Namu for dinner a few months ago and got the okonomiyaki. was so psyched as this is one of my favorite japanese dishes and not only was it totally gross but made my stomach churn for hours afterwards. the other stuff we got was too fried and overpriced. don’t really get the love for this place.
I got a Bulgogi wristwatch cheap in Chinatown last weekend… I think it might be a knockoff.
i mean 25 bucks for sliders n fries is cool n all but

Is it really expensive like that? That’s nuts. Fuck that.

“…All killer, but the veggie version was particularly fun.” EXACTLY! All this meat (bacon, pork belly, offal) you’re eating is gonna eventually kill you. Pasture-fed, free-range, hand-massaged, sustainably-produced, grass-fed, accupunctured, whispered-to meat is not going to save you from the ravages of high cholesterol, blocked arteries, arthritis, diverticu–, obesity.
Newsflash: all this everything is going to kill you. Hate to break it to you, but you’re dying as we speak….
Everything you eat, be it meat or non-meat, is going to eventually kill you. Might as well enjoy the experience.
