   Someone got out of the clink in San Jo and was given a one way ticket to 16th and Mission. They ditched their jail crap and went to get high.

     OR, a whip smart card shark who only wears a bathrobe and refuses to play by the rules broke out of the clink and dealt one too many bad hands!
