Hanukkah taco debuts today in the Mission

Eater SF reports:

Starting today, the Mission’s Tacolicious is featuring a hot pastrami taco to get in the Hanukkah spirit. Chef Telmo Faria gets his pastrami from Peter Temkin at Machine Meats, and serves it with mustard mazano aioli and cabbage slaw. The Hanukkah taco will be on the menu through Wednesday. [link]

Also, don’t forget that the fine folks at Old World Food Truck are hosting a pair of full-on Hanukkah dinners this weekend.

Yeah, right now the front page of MarketingMarketing is pretty lame, but the last week or so has been pretty good on the balance.

  9. Not to harsh the spirit, but using pastrami doesn’t make it a very Hanukkah-y taco… just a Jew-y one :) Now if in place of a tortilla there was a thin flat potato latke….

But technical quibbles aside, I think I know where I am going for dinner!
