here’s what nullies me out: Yes, rent sucks, but at the end of the day, it’s just demand! If the artists and hipsters don’t want to pay it, then they should roll to some other city… oh I dunno, say Detroit. Where it’s dirt cheap and anything goes. you could create paradise for at least a generation. Whining about rent sure won’t fix it!
