Been watching these go in over the last week. The crew is well choreographed, they are constantly working and since it is loud there is not much talking, they just seem to know what to do next. Thing is they only work from 9-3:30. I wish I had those hours. Actually I wish I was outside with the diggers and rollers and tampers instead of inside behind a keyboard.
