This is James. James got pupnapped from the SF SPCA by some pupnappers yesterday afternoon! And what’s worse, he was scheduled to go home to a new family yesterday evening! Here are some details on the culprits:
The SF SPCA has video footage of the criminals, who can be described as a Latino couple in their mid-30′s that were accompanied by a child. The man is approximately 5′ 7″, heavy-set, with spiky black hair and a short beard. The woman was approximately 5′ 6″, thin, with dark hair. They were accompanied by a 4 – 6 year old boy with dark hair. The group was driving an older white Sedan, possibly a Honda Accord or Toyota Camry.

It’s disturbing that the SFSPCA was so distracted during the “adoption” process that this could happen, but I’m going to hope that it was just some fee-avoiding cheapskates (the couple with the child), rather than a dog-fighter looking for pit-bull fodder.
Nevertheless, people, if you know these people or see this dog, don’t hesitate to bust their asses; the problem with dog-owning cheapskates is that they also avoid vet bills.
Poor people not only try and avoid vet bills, they also avoid doctor’s bills, grocery bills, and those pesky charges for clean living conditions, adequate clothing, and heating their homes.
Nevertheless, people, if you see a poor person with a dog, especially a person driving an older car, please assume that it’s likely they’re going to murder that dog for fun and profit and detain them as best you can. I suggest using your sense of moral superiority since it’s so plumb and bloated.

sad part is, odds are these people are not from the city. i hate to say this, but being of latin decent, iknow many latino people dont place the same importance on dogs as “white” people. stealing a dog is not a crime
… i do hope he gets a good home regardless of him being stole.. but batman be on the case…
