Eater SF tells us all about it:
Its menu—a California-inspired list of things like ricotta pancake soufflés and pork belly hash—is a collaboration from Hummer and Rud, who’s also a Cordon Bleu grad.

Because everybody knows the best part of brunch is standing around with your friends on the sidewalk for 40 minutes waiting for a table to open up. Why not just do away with the table part altogether? All wait, no table — genius!
Hoping they do stay well away (as usual) from the 16th+Mission nexus. Why would I want to sit down? Because I’m old, DUH.

I would not complain if there was.
I could handle corn dogs for breakfast. Good idea. SF foodies could glam it up with some raspberry chipotle syrup or something similar.
Who wants to eat brunch standing up? And there’s something about eating brunch and not having to bring my own mimosas and coffee that I really like. Good luck, inconvenient covenience.
