    I’m confused by the ‘hipster hate’ – I take it that ‘hipster’ now means an individual in their mid 30′s who works in a professional, likely tech related, field?

    The convulsive gift needs to stop, but these people look relatively benign unless one is 45ish dread-lock anti-gentrification burner/gentrifier (who also likely works in tech).
