having tried to put asparagus on a sandwich, i think it is generally not a good idea. do you leave it long? difficult to eat. chop it up? also difficult to eat. unless it’s in a wrap, you’re doomed.
They left ‘em long, maybe halved some of them lengthwise. And it was epic. No problems.
