Hey, look, a post that has nothing to do with the Giants or riots!

At about 2 minutes in, this car plows clean into a crowd of people. It’s unclear who is hurt and how bad, but there is shrieking. Then the crowd swarms the car, and you hear threats and lots of glass breaking.

This is a genuinely scary movie:

As far as we’re concerned, the Mission wouldn’t be the Mission without Carlos Reyes. And last night somebody jacked his board!

Whew. That was a lot of fun last night and also way too crazy at the end. We hope everyone finds themselves this morning, because now we’ve gotta vote! We’ve got Sit/Lie, pot legality, a new governator, Board of Soup, all kinds of big ones. Go work it out!

Just because you don’t have a Giants jersey doesn’t mean you can’t get in on the fun, as my rad friends Heidi and Ela demonstrate with their deceptively-supportive color schemes!

Bonus points for the DIY marching band (tambourine and a pot with a cooking spoon) to match the DIY outfits.  We had a ukulele too until we gave it to this kid:

This was way before things got out of control.

While that’s one way to get a good aerial point of view for shots of all the crowds out tonight, one has to wonder:  How did he get up there while holding a DSLR?
