It was like 20 years ago that Bar owner Ray Chaulker closed his SOMA Country & Western club, leaving a simple if cryptic note on the door.
It read: “Tired of the Hate.”
I chuckled and had no inkling as to its meaning.
Now I just think he misspelled “Haight.”
As soon as the cops hassle some trustafarian who spent time in law school, this whole thing will end up in the supreme court.
