Is it legal? I read somewhere else it was just gonna get appealed again and it would end up in front of the Supreme Court in 2011 or 2012.
Well, you know, I don’t have a dog in this race (aside from my niece, who has given me no sign of marryin’), but it just seems wrong to let this go at Mission Mission without a big “HURRAH!”
And, yes, Andy, it will be challenged, all the way to the Supreme Court, at which point it will be confirmed. And, at that point in history, I will thank the foregoing Supreme Court justices that I always, in my lifetime, had the right to marry black or Asian WOMEN, had I chose.
