I second that Rhea’s Deli comment in the original post. While I think Ike’s sandwiches are amazing, I haven’t eaten there in at least 6 months because the wait is insane. An eviction could be a good thing, if it helps them find a bigger space that can accommodate more customers.
Seriously. How long does the line have to get before you open a space with seating? It doesn’t have to be some ugly cafeteria. You can still have a hipster vibe with chairs. Check out Mojo Bicycle Cafe for a good example.
