Fuck yeah! The Mission dominated this year’s 7×7 2010 Big Eat SF with 26% of the 100 recommended restaurants. Take that, Hayes Valley! I’m not going to bother calculating that number for the other ‘hoods because who cares about them right?

How did they miss out on Bar Bambino? The rabbit pasta there is out of this world, as is the salumi. Also, whither Mission Street Food and Mission Burger?
Damn good list, though. Go, mission!
good for them – but i have to call bullshit on the bacon wrapped hotdog. they use the cheap as shit costco dog, and it taste terrible as a hotdog, and doesn’t hold up to the grilled onions.
You are so right about the bacon wrapped dogs; they look so tempting but are so disappointing. Rosamunde sells one, that might be worth trying.
should rosamunde count as a full point for the mission?
i’m totally down with fully commandeering the joint. just thought i’d ask .
Yeah! I thought about this too. I think yes. Sausages probably come from the same source and take little prep (just toss em on a grill) therefore, the food is pretty much identical. Plus the mission location is clearly superior in terms of space and beer.
For something like Little Star, who knows. Different ovens, different cooks, more prep for pizza. But they didn’t specify which location, so it’s fair game.
Agree with Pete about Bar Bambino. Also, their roast pork and ceci soup warms the soul.
#78 Super burrito at
CancunEl Farolito.Fixed that for ya!
I took 1 st home loans when I was 20 and it helped my relatives a lot. Nevertheless, I need the secured loan also.
