I’ve been out of town and away from blogging for the better part of three months, so when my little cousins burst through the door earlier shouting, “Dude, there’s a gnarly fire out there!” I didn’t think twice about responding, “Give me my burrito,” and proceeding to sit down and eat my burrito. My blogging instincts have vanished, y’all.
Luckily, local photographer Raun H.’s instincts are fully intact. (Unfortunately, a perfunctory glance at SFGate yields no further info at this time. Maybe in the morning?)
More pics after the jump. Thanks, Raun!
More over at Mission Løc@l. Including zoom lenses.
I’ve got to say it was pretty impressive watching the details come in over Twitter.
See, I even forgot to do a perfunctory Twitter search.
Mishun Low Cat Won knows what’s up.
A friend of mine lived in that building! She says her place wasn’t harmed, because it started above her floor and on the other side of the building, but her upstairs neighbors were among the residents who lost everything.
Those poor people. I hope they had renters’ insurance. Is there a fund for them? Could Mission Mission start one?
