Sugarlump at 24th and Florida is now serving vegan tamales. Ordinarily this would not be noteworthy, but if they are the delicious yet elusive SF Vegan Tamales, this is totally earth-shattering.

am I the only one who finds it hilarious that it’s called sugarlump? a lump of white salvation in a neighborhood of brown. I mean fuck now vegan tamales? what an oasis for white folks

I’m trying to figure out if these tamales are gluten free, but the folks in SugarLump didn’t seem to know.
If the vegan tamale makers are reading this, please let us know y’r ingredients.. or at least if it has any wheat gluten.
