    Jaunty aesthetics. The tilted plate look has been on minitrucks for ever.

    That truck is probably so low the plate would scrape the ground. That why it was moved.

    Actually, I’ve seen this style quite often in Southern California. It seems to be really common with the low rider crowd. This truck may be on its way to getting a new paint job from the looks of the primer.
